Debbie's Restaurant - Dayton: A Cozy Diner Experience with Delicious All-Day Breakfast

Very nice staff, very welcoming and kind. The restaurant itself is very cozy and comfortable. The food is good and with many choices to choose from. I got ice to go, and appreciate the staff getting me the ice to go but I managed to forget it when I left Thank you guys for a great meal and comfortable atmosphere!

A great local place for breakfast! Highly recommend trying this place out. This is what a diner should be like, friendly service & great food! I know it’s hard to screw up breakfast but if they do it right you know everything else would be great. If I lived here I would become a regular!

Breakfast all day, and its great. Excellent vegetable 3 egg omelet and the biscuits and gravy are a must. Excellent food, fast attentive service with reasonable prices in a diner setting.

Everything here is done WRIGHT!!! ahardyharhar For real the corn beef hash was fried with a nice crunchy edge The pancakes THE PANCAKES!!!!!! GET THE PANCAKES!!!!! EVEN WITHOUT ANYTHING ON THEM ITS THE PERFECT BED FOR YOUR BREAKFAST TO MAKE LOVE ON!!!!! I'ma make a pancakearitto with one when I go back And if you go there'll be 99.999% chance you're the only person who's never been there before All but I was a regular there The fried bologna was thick and not overly salty mmmmmmmmm Chicken and dumplings was satisfying and its gravy needs to be covering everything GO! EDIT: AND OH MY GOD THE FRIED CHICKEN!!!! Simple and done WRIGHT, perfection!

Let me tell you!!!! IF YOU WANT QUALITY FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE DONT WALK…. RUN to Debbie’s. The food was the best diner food I’ve ever had, along with my wife sharing the same opinion we came to agree that we will return as often as possible! We ordered -French toast with bacon with a side of home fries, -chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes, with green beans - and a plate of gravy and biscuits to share. The chicken and dumplings were a bit thick for our liking but the taste was amazing! Literally everything was so flavorful and was cooked fresh. We ordered pie to go and it is quality dessert as well! We really enjoyed ourselves, we will be returning!

Clean & nice. Really nice family style restaurant. Prices in line with a Bob Evans, Perkins, and Cracker BBL. We had the breakfast special. I like poached eggs, and they were perfect. Good coffee. The server and service were tops. New entry, parking area. We will definitely return.

My wife had been to Debbie's before, but it was my first time. We arrived for breakfast at 10:00. There were plenty of cars in the parking lot, which was a good sign. When we walked in, there were some seats available at the bar. We were served and greeted promptly. Prices were reasonable. Breakfast is served all day, but lunch/dinner options abound. There was a hometown atmosphere. We spoke with the owner, Mike, who is Debbie's son; he shared that she had passed away about 18 months ago. Everyone here takes pride in what they do, and they do it with kindness. My wife ordered Debbie's omelet (which comes with toast) and coffee; I ordered two eggs, bacon, home fries, and biscuits & gravy with coffee.The coffee was excellent, and when the food arrived about 8-10 minutes later it was all fresh, plentiful, and delicious. By the way, syrup is kept warm if that's your thing. As you eat, quiet music plays, polite conversation surrounds you. A TV behind the counter displays ads for local businesses. Regulars are greeted by name as they show up. Even if you're new to the establishment like me, you're treated warmly. The decor is more functional than aesthetic, but the people you spend your time with more than make up for it. I felt like I belonged, and that says a lot. Debbie's will now be one of my regular places to eat.
